I stumbled on this website/podcast this week and and it was like stumbling on what kava/awakening/Tolle has been leading me to. I really enjoy Noah Rasheta's calm and openly sharing vibe.

It's more like...non-secular Buddhism but most of his talks are basically about normal stuff and very light on religious discussion.

Thanks. I should of mentioned the lyrics on Sturgill Simpson's Metamodern Sounds in Country Music and some ahem trips to the other side in my youth still make me wonder about the fringe deeper stuff. Just grabbing the basics up now and seeing where that leads me.
