I just got micronized boron guru Kalm with kava,,,, what are some ways to try....

1 or 2 hours before sleep ?
a cup late afternoon and another before bed?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated ....thank you

Borongoru is a heavy kava so make sure your evening isn't particularly busy as you're not going to want to do a whole lot while drinking it. I haven't felt much euphoria from it, so you're probably fine to have a cup before bed. I'd do most of your Borongoru drinking much earlier. A couple cups before dinner, eat dinner, wait an hour after your last bite, then drink some more. You might want to avoid starchy food though.

Most Kava used for sleep is best used several hours before you want to go to bed. It can sometimes be a bit stimulating right after you drink it, but almost always settles down into gentle sedation after a few hours. I typically don't go to bed until 10:30pm and try and stop my kava drinking by NLT 8pm.
