They seams to be very new and on the high pricing. Look like they have a new deal with canadian authority to import powder kava. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Also, I can''t find the word Noble on their site.

They also have some Kalm with Kava photos on their site. Not sure about them.

For canadian we are chasing local vendor because of taxe at border and huge shipping price.
Hopefully someday some "Kavatime like" will.open office in Montreal!! ;-)

Understandable. I am in Vancouver, so shipping and the exchange rate can make things a little pricey, but I've never been taxed?
Id recommend contacting Paul from TheKavaRoots, he is based close to Vancouver and the shipping would be within Canada so might not get those import fees
