This kava was a last minute purchase on my way to Brazil, since I had a pitstop in Miami, I found the nearest kava bar and I picked up a pound of it.
For a Vanuatu kava, it is pretty mild tasting but potent. I've been drinking it mostly in the evenings although I had a nice krunk going this past Friday afternoon. It feels like a balanced kava. The most distinct effect is sedation which makes it a wonderful anti-anxiety kava.
Effects are pretty consistent and sleep comes easily. For a last minute kava purchase, I am very pleased.
