I've noticed that if I take extra oil - coconut, fish or grape-seed- and I sleep on a hot pad...I can get it to move along faster.

Wanted to share a new recipe I've been using as of late. Kava+generous squeeze of Coconut Cream and pinch of Clove powder. It's A+ I think next time my best friends comes over I will try this out since they love Kava but hate the taste. Enjoy! PS Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving :)

Wow! I dont think it was Kava related though. There have been times I have had a strong Kava and said - I can't drive right now, I dont think that its a good idea.

Yes I am, I am very conscientious about keeping hydrated now. I just wish I wasn't tired when I drank Kava. What is an example of a Noble Kava? Perhaps that would be a good alternative.

We use milk or 1/2 & 1/2 (Organic 1/2 & 1/2 from our little organic store) lol- the kalvatones are supposed to like lipids. We warm the milk because it hurts to knead in cold water/milk...but I haven't noticed the potency difference in that.
