I highly recommend Kava King Instant - I like the Vanuatu mix, but there's lots of different flavors. Purchasing on iHerb.com might even be cheaper. I don't know why people here don't recommend this brand more often.

That's an interesting name choice.... I totally read it as Kava King. They have a good point about alcohol extraction. But it's an old site. I wonder if they're still doing it.

@HeadHodge Awesome! @verticity - teflon itself is toxic. If you use a knife, you could easily knock loose some toxic tidbits, as they're all toxic. The only thing you should use is plastic. Usually things DO lift nicely from Teflon. My complaint is that this *$#@ is not.

Alcohol extraction complete after 3 (or maybe 4 ) days and two pints of booze (half ever clear half vodka) and five tablespoons of Nambawan. I'm going to put the mushy kava in the blender for three minutes with some coconut milk and then use the dehydrator on the liquid.
