I agree with Dino... It's somerhing weirder than dehydration... I feel it too... My eyeballs feel like raisins and no matter what I do they stay like that. It would probably be awesome to treat edema or hydrocephalis or such...

Winfab, the only Yerba I have on hand is Guyaki, which unfortunately tastes like Gak to me. I do love the effects tho - have some Hierbas del Oasis on the way and I can't wait to try it when it gets here!

Kava for breakfast today, since no work, and no plans! Drank the last of the Lawena prep from Cactus Kava. About 1.5 shells and jumped back into bed to watch Good Eats reruns. Got a bit chilly and jumped into a hot shower, low lights, the "rain" setting, which is pretty low pressure, nice hot...

Had 2 shells tonight! Still amazed at how strong this is... Thank you, Cactus Kava! I was starving so I had a rice cake with peanut butter, and cayenne pepper... And had my second shell and still getting good feelings... Exploring this is really fun! I'm trying to go slow and respect it... Love...
