Bula! Been in hiding lately and have dabbled a little too much in the alcohol realm in the process... good to be back, with some waka in my veins I'm questioning why I ever took a break.

Yup this batch is solid. Perfect mind to body krunk, definitely balanced for me. Speech slows down, head feels light but legs getting heavy. Let’s see if some spicy food ramps things up

Starts a bit euphoric, then a nice relaxing mood settles in after a while, great sleep to follow. It had the feeling it would be a next day groggy mood but I was surprised how fresh I felt in the morning.

Koro is a creeper as advertised, very nice tasting waka with every effect one would expect from a stronger Fijian waka. Perfect for evenings.

Bula to that! We have it pretty easy here in Vancouver compared to many areas, which is hard to keep perspective on when the weather is beautiful and I just cant go to the beach... Have some daytime kava going now and it's a perfect way to calm my stresses of the day. ::happyshell::

I've only had good experiences with KavaTime. I drink their Kadavu regularly (just got a pound last week) and havent noticed any changes. It's pretty strong, I find I need much less root to get desired affects. Does it help to water it down a bit?

Get well Kapm! Doesn't sound like a fun way to start the year. An encouragement: I was off kava for a couple weeks until this evening, and the first session back is extremely euphoric and powerful. Kavatom is right!

Fijian waka for sure. Best for chill evenings on the couch.

I just visited one of the shops listed on their website to check it out. It comes in a 100gram package and goes for $30 (about 22 USD). Hopefully they start packing this in bigger bags and reducing the price because it's cheaper for me to ship from the states than to load up on 100gram bags...

Understandable. I am in Vancouver, so shipping and the exchange rate can make things a little pricey, but I've never been taxed? Id recommend contacting Paul from TheKavaRoots, he is based close to Vancouver and the shipping would be within Canada so might not get those import fees
