Well after reading through probably every single review of GHK Kava's over the past few months, I came across a few varieties I never heard about before. Akau Huli, Quila Leka and Ava Lea. Do you no longer grow these varieties, have the names changed, or something else?

It seems like so many vendors have one or both varieties with varying effects/strength from vendor to vendor. I love borogoru and always found BKH's better than a few others borogoru. Who's borogu and or borogoru do you guys prefer and why?

I usually throw all my spent root and coffee grounds into a compost heap. I decided to boil about two cups of leftover root and stash it in the fridge to be strained tomorrow. Its like kava gravy.:sour: Anyone have luck with boiling just the leftover kava?

Has anyone tried grinding medium grind or whole kava root with a hand crank turkish coffee grinder to achieve instant kava? I know the electric grinders work to some degree. I might have to get one to try it. I'm not sure if this was ever mentioned here before I did try the search.
