I've been away from kava for a long time. Finally jumping back in.. hopefully, this weekend. And in typical me fashion.. let's jump in with a ritual! I'm a pagan and thinking maybe some connecting with my Gods and offerings. Perhaps some divination. Kinda curious if anyone else has done anything...

Well.... I've finally got back to enjoying the kava.. a bottle of concentrate... then mixin pouni ono with borogu.... whhheee .... I really needed a relaxing day :happy:

Mahakea is my all time favorite kava, and i will be making my way back to GHK before too long. :sneaky: It's a day late but my life has been so crazy i can't wait for my surprise.... i thought about stalking the mail man ::innocent2::

So i stepped away from kava for quite awhile. Now i have a kalm micro sampler pack coming tomorrow cause i couldn't decide what i wanted... so i get a surprise lol. I can't wait. I wanted to try some other things, and i'm glad i did. But it always seems to come back to kava. I can't wait for...

I was just thinking about this! As I get more into spirituality, respect and honor for those gone before is a big part. Got me thinking that i should honor the kava plant, as well as the generations that have helped to cultivate it.

My first kava Friday in awhile. I found myself talking to my beautiful gold bag before I opened it!

I have both, but I rarely use Instagram. Facebook is much better in my opinion for interacting with your customer base.

I do capsules as well, but I don't have a scale. Best I can figure one not quite full oo capsule is about 400 mg.

100-200 mgs is considered an average dose. Think my dose is around 400.

I'm waiting for my fav, Mahakea. However, it does give me a little anxiety at higher doses. I wonder if the l-theanine would offset that the way it does with caffeine? May be an interesting experiment. Kava in the name of science!::chugger::

L-theanine has become a lifesaver for me as far as relieving stress and allowing me to focus. Haven't had kava for awhile because of budget issues. Kava should be here in a few days, and I'm wondering about the effects of taking them together. Obviously, I could just skip the l-theanine on days...

I took antidepressants and kava together for awhile. Only side effect I noticed was being able to come off of the anti depressants.

Sometimes GHK orders go from pre-shipment to almost here all at once for some reason. Normally takes about a week to reach me though. I ordered some yesterday, and I'm hoping it makes it here sometime this week!

When I drink too much of a strong kava, I feel sort of disconnected from my body and panicky. Pot does me the same way, but much much worse. It's not an evil feeling on kava, but it can feel like I'm disconnecting to the physical world and moving to a more spiritual plane if that makes any...
