This had a steady heavy affect on the body and I still had a clear head. I really enjoyed the taste of this Kava. I could drink it all day.

I'm two shells in and I'm really enjoying this Kava already. Great taste and relaxation started about five minutes in.

I tried the Special Reserve today, great tasting and relaxing Kava. I had four tablespoons with two cups of water. Then I added another tablespoon and had a second wash. Nice relaxing feeling right now.::shell::
