Anybody try the NOW foods Kava capsules or the Gia herbs capsules. Does anyone know if these use noble Kava? I sort of question the quality of Kava being used in these larger more commercialized supplement companies. Any insight in how they obtain their Kava would be appreciated. Cheers!

Hi Everyone! Fairly new to Kava so I was hoping to get some input from some people who are more experienced. I am looking to use Kava instead of Propranolol or Xanax for performance anxiety..aka meetings, presentations...etc. Currently taking 0.5 mg of Xanax, or 10-20 mg of Propranolol works...
