I go from relaxed to panic attack if I overdo any kava. This was from Loloma waka. It is pretty strong above 5 tbps for me.

well, this stuff has thrown me into full blown panic attack last night. Similar to THC. That is a sign it is too strong for me @ 6 tbsp as well.

Thanks for the replies. The hangovers I get from kava are about 1/2 that of alcohol. It mainly feels like I can't wake up and I am super sluggish. I deal with anxiety, so the plus side is that it kinda keeps that at bay while hungover LOL. Intrepidus_dux, I have no poopie issues...

I have used the same brand kava for a year... I just bought a finer micron nylon mesh bag at 55 micron. I am noticing this extremely sticky residue on the bag after use. It doesn't appear to be melting the nylon or anything. I am pretty sure it is the kava itself. Am I wasting the good...
