Those are both great kavas cant go wrong with the Supreme! I find Root of Happiness' superior fijian to be heavy yet calming at the same time that's me tho. a bit pricey $$$ My personal favorite is Squanch's Waka i find it very balanced and very relaxing. I think ill order some now actually :)...
