Hey everyone , I've been off the root for quite a while ..I started working out and the amount of food I eat makes using kava ineffective . That being said I have a stockpile of good root I paid a whack of cash for and was wondering if I could sell it privately to someone through email money...

Just wondering If anybody has any input on these supplements ?

Was combing through Amazon and noticed kona kava farms is offering a concentrate paste at 55% that they don't offer on there site . They claim it's co2 extracted and isolates kavain and yangnonin. I didn't know that they could isolate specific kavalactones ?

So first I'd like to say this was the quickest shipping I've ever experienced! 6 days and the kava was on my doorstep in Canada . Now for the kava . I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that it is very similar in taste and colour to bkh green. I find the effects to be a little more pronounced...

Anybody ever try this product or the chocolate stuff ?

What's the best instant in your opinion ..I realize this is probably in the polls but there are a lot of new vendors popping up and want to get a good idea of what to buy

I suppose I want to know what the mildest most potent kava is ? Love the effects hate the taste . What's your favorite?

I think it would be a nice option to be able to order a kilo but get two different strains of the same price ..e.g 500g melo melo and 500g Boroguru . Seems to take a good half pound to get a sense of whether a kava is right for me which I can't really get from a 100 g sample pack. I may be alone...

I've only tried 3 different types of kavas each with there own grind..melo melo with seems to be fairly fine as well as a Vanuatu whichis just a bit coarser and pk Fijian waka which was the coarsest and the one I liked the most as far as prep ..what are the advantages / disadvantages of the grind ?

Wondering what everyone's faves are ? Might be to general a question , might have to be broken down to daytime, nighttime, weekday ,and weekend ..I don't know ..you tell me !!

Any thoughts on a weekday kava that wont make me tired and super lazy the next day

I was just wondering peoples opinions of the best kavas for no next morning after effects ? I had some pk Fijian ..which I made strong to bust through my tolerance and boy did it but it made me feel hazy for almost two days after! So I was also wondering if that happens to anybody else ?

A just had my first shell of melo and I like it ..very mild and relaxing ..this is my 3 rd go with kava ..previously had pk Fijian waka which after the second round blew my head off !! Kinda scared me for a while so I backed off and waited for the melo ..I had my shell half hour ago ..when...

Just downed my first shell of kava ..wasn't that bad ..wasn't that good ..the taste I mean ..using paradise premium Fijian waka ..instant numb tongue ..and that's about it so far ..how long should I wait for another shell ?
