My old phone had a lot of choices for keyboard layouts, including Cyrillic script ones, and I remember screwing with friends writing what few Mongolian words I know, since the language has some Cyrillic letters that Russian lacks. My current phone does not appear to make getting a Mongolian phone keyboard easy.

Whoa... now that you mention it, there sure aren't many cyrillic keyboard options on my phone. I even tried doing a long press over О and У, but no such luck.
