I have actually tried that and it definitely gets the job done. However, I find that blackseed oil works best for me bc I still get the great effects minus the digestive issues that can quickly appear via TnW. Even using the traditional methods, I definitely have to strain (i use Silk mostly for grog). Otherwise, it will leave me bloated and cramped the following day.
