This was really good....
Nice smoothie.. refreshing.
I've also thrown a little coconut juice in with kneading. Gave it a nice taste.
I've tried the lecithin granules too.
I've never noticed any more potent kava but I'll use coconut juice as a chaser or mixer sometimes.

KAVA KAUAI
3 heaping tablespoons powdered kava root
3 cups Soy Beverage (non-GMO!)or Hemp Seed Milk
1 heaping tablespoon cocoa or carob powder
1 teaspoon granular lecithin (optional sweeten further with honey or Stevia extract) if desired.
Preparation: Blend in blender on high for 2 minutes.

Cool cheers guys I'll have a look. No idea what lecithin is? Don't know if we have that in the uk

You will find lecithin in Holland & Barrett! It helps the body metabolise fats if I remember correctly.

You can find Lecithin in supermarkets. Just look for a Canola oil.
Do use the micro Nised powder Cabo or do you just used a cover route then strain it ?
Do you use the micro Kava or the Kava root in blender then strain?
