Best root for Kava virgins

I recently tried kava at a local kava bar and pleasantly surprised! Having done a lot of a research, I decided to buy some kava:

NAH's Stone, Wow, and Solomon Island (just arrived today!)
BKH's Sample pack (Waka, Borugu, Boruguru, Koniak, Melo Melo) and Nambawan (still in transit)

Any other "must haves?" you pros would recommend? Perhaps something more subtle?

Which of the above selection do you think would be best for first-time kava drinkers - I'm having a few friends over this weekend! I plan on sampling a few soon (Stone ATM, not bad, but not social or very palatable). I know these are heavy hitters, but I'm thinking Wow would be good - seems fairly mild smelling. Any suggestions?

They're all good for different reasons, and some better than others for different people and situations. But if flavor is your worry, Wow & Nambawan are your best bets, from your stash. Relatively mild flavor, clean with pleasant effects.
