Coconut Shells?

I was on a website..and one review for a coconut shell states:
" Make sure you season the coconut first by peeing into it and sealing in the flavor."
Is this a troll or a real thing??

Definitely trolling. However, I think they wouldn't be if they told you to bury it in mangrove mud (at least that's what I recall hearing is sometimes used to darken their appearance, but it might've just been a dye made from the tree).

Jokes aside, what are some good coconut shells everyone would recommend?
I have one I made myself that I like best (mostly scraping it with broken glass). The other one I have my brother bought back in the late 1990's and I have no clue where he got it, but its pretty nice (but a little shallow for my preferences [b/c made from the non-pointy end of the coconut]).

I bought a few from BKH. They work great. I've never "seasoned" them -- just took them out of the
packaging, rinsed them out with water, filled them with kava, and SKULL!!! I've been using the same
ones for at least a year, and have had no problems, splitting, etc.
