Krunkie, how does the bombilla help with the consumption of kava, to not get dermo? and do you find it keeps you from getting dermo with any form of kava? etc. i cannot drink cold of ice cold anything. so that is out of question.
and if i have stopped drinking the kava and only have tiny rash and drying skin, will the dermo get worse as mentioned by mrbinx69? the itching arm pits have calmed as have the cracks in between fingers. skin is feeling generally dry and the rash on torso is also less itchy
i have carrot seed oil, aloe gel, MCT coconut oil, neem oil, black cumin seed oil, brahmi oil, castor oil. has anyone been using any of those, if they don't have amlactin?

speaking of sauna, if you cannot get to a public sauna, and don't have money to have a larger one at home. i use a heat lamp--HEAVY DUTY clamp light such as used for warming baby chicks--with a 250 watt infrared bulb (there are red or clear infrared bulbs).
it's not a full sauna, yet i can get feeling pretty toasty with it. the bulb and heavy duty clamp light cost was under $30. you can create a small enclosure use shiny silver, radiant barrier or radiant emergency blanket to hold the heat around where you are sitting, standing or lying down. create a little cocoon =) just keep the light bulb away from it.
i've also usedthis 250 watt light as an optional space heater when i need a bit of heat and it's only 250 watts, instead of other more expensive methods of heating. it's almost like hanging at the beach for a while. and it helps the body to absorb oils when doing self massage.
also the Near Infrared saunas are very easy to build yourself. and way more affordable. near infrared is supposedly better for us than the far infrared. not an expert. just a fellow adventurer. there are plans online for diy near infrared sauna.
peace love and kavalactones.
