Fijian strength reduction

I got the below response from a reputable vendor when I asked why their Fijian Waka was so weak

"We do routine testing of all our incoming shipments and can confirm a overall decrease in strength of some Fijian kava throughout the entire industry over the last 3 years with the high demand of kava and lack of mature stock. Overall, the actual measured HPLC results show about a 30% drop and unfortunately there's not a lot that can be done."

In my own anecdotal experience I have noticed the difference. Can you PM the name of this vendor? I would like to see if they have anything I would like to try. The honesty in that response makes me want to support them, even though it’s not what I want to hear it is great to see they are not giving the “run around”
