Wakanda Kava is a Tongan small business. I think they're based out of Utah...but connecting with Polynesian communities around the States, mostly advertising with Instagram. I noticed they were selling bags at a Samoan Tatau shop near me, so I bought some cuz I always like to know what I can pic up quick and locally.
The kava, for me, is way too mild...most Tongan roots are in my experience, except for a couple stand-outs that were more my style. I've had stuff like this before and other people raved about it, so I think this is largely a personal genetic issue with me that doesn't allow me to feel it the way others do.
