I've taken 2 tbsp and haven't felt any effects. How high should I go? I've taken the tincture so I have felt some effects before...RT? Too low of a dose?

I started with a 1/2 tbsp in 4 oz and made my way up to 2 tbsp total. The effects have mostly gone now. I'm afraid to drink more as I will be peeing all night, lol! I'll start earlier tomorrow to figure this out. I wanted to start slow.

It depends on the person. I prefer to go in tablespoon increments (basically just keep drinking a tablespoon at a time till I get where I want to be). I consider 1 tbsp to be a "threshold" dose, just enough for me to feel it. But I know some people use teaspoons.
