Hangover

Recently, drinking kava gives me a nasty hangover reaction (worse than alcohol). What possibly gives?

Not sure, but here are some considerations...

• Have you increased your dosage or starting consuming more plant matter ? (micronized / Toss 'n' Wash)
• Are you drinking a new / different kava ?
• Are you using a new / different strainer or prep method ?
• Have you recently started taking any other new medicine/drugs/supplements/"nootropics" or "adaptogens" ?
• Could you have an undiagnosed health issue, have you had a physical and bloodwork done recently ?
• Have you changed your kava drinking time/sleep hours ?
• Did you see Barbie before Oppenheimer or the reverse ?
