If so which one would you say is the headiest and the best for social anxiety?
Has anyone both tried pouni ono and taveuni's secret?

Pouni Ono is going to be lighter and more heady. Taveuni's secret is kavatime, and kavatime's kavas tend to be very strong which usually will end up being a bit heavy even if the kava starts out being heady.
I would say Pouni Ono for social settings, and Taveuni's Secret for private ones.
