My kava experience last night was one of the best. I couldn't think of what made the difference and thought about what I had eaten earlier in the day. I used my usual amount 3 heaping tablespoons but remembered I took two tablespoons of raw apple cider vinager about 3-4 hours before my session. Does anyone think the apple cider vinager could have bumped it up a notch?
