How many shot in one night?

Being new to the whole Kava scene how many shots can you do in a night if your not feeling any effects? Also is 1-2tbl spoons of instant enough in a 8oz glass of juice or water. Im 245lbs so I was curious, the kava I got didnt come with any dosage instructions. I got it from Gourmet Hawaiian Kava mo'i instant and mahakea instant

You can do as many as you want...but there's no guarantee you will be able to keep it down. With instant, I like to start with about 2 tbsp and keep going with 1 tbsp. I would give it about a half hour to test the effects. Make sure you drink it on an empty stomach

I use a lot less water. I have about 2-3 inches of water with 2 big teaspoons in a tall glass and down in in 2-3 gulps. you can also try a spoonful of each and mix it together. I've done more mixes than just straight strains in my 1 1/2 week kava lifespan. my stuff is all GHK instant also. my wife and I have been getting KRUNKED..she has 2 "shells" and I have 3.
