How much Kava ??

Hello,

Had my first experience with Kava yesterday - about 4 tablespoons of instant. Didn't really feel anything but that was a chance anyway.

I got half my instant left - 50g

Also I have Malekula Magic - 250 g

I wanted to ask - how long should each of these last or how many sessions?

How much in tablespoons should I use per day for a session?

I don't have much experience with instant but as far as not feelings effects goes, be aware of the reverse tolerance phase of kava. Most of us had to use kava for more than a few times before we experienced any results with it. You will find your sweet spot, no worries.

Sensitivity to any substance also is not only dependent on quantity of the substance consumed, but also the sensitivity of the individual consuming it. In other words, what works for one won't necessarily work for another.
