Insomnia?

Strangely, kava generally CAUSES insomnia for me. Is this abnormal? I'm really not thrilled about it. Do you see any possible reason why this would happen or is it just that different people have different body chemistry?

What kava are you drinking and how regularly? Good heavy kavas just knock me out every night very reliably. Everyone reacts differently though.

Also, are you consuming caffeine within 6 hours of consuming kava?
