Kava Bars in Missouri

Hey folks, I'm getting ready to move from Texas to Missouri within the next couple of months and wondered if anyone knew of any good Nakamals that may be in the area. I haven't had the pleasure of hanging out in one and enjoying some shells before so would certainly be up for it if I could find some good ones.

I've done a lot of searching online but haven't turned up anything much on this.

Nakamals are not common in North America,

so if you haven't found one by now there are none

They are more often called "kava bars" or some kind of night club sort of thing. I found more using those kind of search terms.

What is the legality associated with them? RE impaired driving

Given that the majority of your customers are going to be first timers, it will be tough to realize sustainable cash flows.

Yah any of the ones I've found while searching seem to be in coastal states, which makes sense. Like California, Florida and North Carolina. Although there is one in Austin Texas, maybe I'll stop in to check it out on my way through going up north.
