Kava Extracts?

I can get a tincture locally that's not too bad, but it's a little expensive, and a little upsetting to the tummy. So I guess I'm looking for an extract, or maybe an instant kava that has "heady" effects. What do you suggest?

Gourmet Hawaiian Kava's moi instant is out of this world.

There are many other instants on the market.

As far as extracts, the only one I'm aware of that's worth purchasing is Paradise Kava's CO2 extract.

i'd stay away from tinctures if they have alcohol, IMO. i tried em before i knew better, honestly, and I didn't really get any good effects compared to root powder and it also upset my stomach. Those kind just aren't good for your body. With what you're probably spending on the tincture I'm guessing you could get anywhere from 1/4 - 1 lb. of quality root powder. Good luck finding something that works for you!
