Measuring Medium Grind vs Micro or Instant

I was curious whether the Micro or Instant versions are more concentrated or dense in kavalectones and potency, versus Medium Grind ?
Is one unit of measurement equal, no matter which you use ?
In other words, for example if a person usually takes 3 Tablespoons of Medium Grind, would 3 Tablespoons of Instant or Micro be just as potent for them ?

In order of strength:

Instant - Prepared kava or kava juice that is then flash dried.
Micronized - Finely ground whole roots (Debatable between this being less powerful than instant)
Medium Grind - Largest particle size. Filtering the most material out of all three nets less KLs.

There isn't any agreed ratio of potency between them. I would consider instant more of an "extract" (water extract) whereas micronized would be considered more "whole root", so you may find micronized versions that are actually more powerful than the instant versions. The trade-off is the drinkability of the grog. Instant will be nice, smooth, and easy to drink where mic will be gritty and thick.
