Merry Christmas you beautiful people.
I joined this forum on 6th Jan this year. After nearly 30 years of struggling with anxiety/panic disorder finally
I have had some reprieve. I have literally had my best year since the car crash that triggered my mental health issues.
And its the first Christmas day i can think of where i havent had a hang over. The wife and I havent even had a row yet
And we have 12 coming to us this year.
The posts and info on here have been invaluable. As indeed has been the positive supportive atmosphere.
