Need help in order to get the sleep benefits out of my kava.

I also remember on a recent thread, before this one was started, there was some replied within the thread about certain strains good for sleep.
But now that I am actually looking for those threads, I can't find the right one(s) that contain the info.
If anyone could direct me, I'd appreciate it.
