Hey there Kava Forums,
It's been a long time coming, but we finally got our nutritional facts panels back and they can be viewed on our website under the individual variety. We will also have this information on our packaging in the next few weeks, but it will be always be available at our website.
I thought it was very interesting that the Damu had almost no nutritional content from the root or tea; the straining process really does do a good job of getting out any of those larger particles. I didn't test for starch levels, which would have been an interesting to look into, but we ended up just going with the basic nutrition panel and information about amount of kava root used during the brewing process.
Check it out at karunakava.com
Cheers,
Ben
