Vendor Non-Response ordering to europe

I have trying to get in touch with ROH about parcel forwarding to europe but they just wont get back on the email on there website.
Does anyone know any other way I could contact them or does anyone have experience using stackery with them?

They are terrible at communication. I had trouble with an order once and it was darn near impossible to get anyone to respond even after dozens of attempts. I recommend a using different vendor. They have great kava, but are truly terrible at business.
