Supplement Capsules

[Dalbergia]

Hello. I was given some chemist bought kava supplements which come in capsule form. Each capsule apparently has 2.4g of kava root and 60mg of kavalactone. I tried them two days in a row as I heard great things about kava but felt nothing. I was just wondering if anybody had any tips about dosage or if there is an Australian available kava product worth buying?

Buy root online (through any vendor recommended on this site) and squeeze in water.
You are literally better off opening the capsules and mixing the contents with warm water. Avoid kava capsules!

Yeah. I may as well use the capsules though as I have them. How many would you put into water?

I think the term "supplement kava capsules" sums up the product pretty well.
Those were not meant to be your primary source of kava.
The kava capsules were only meant to supplement a person's nutritious and rich Kava diet ! lol
