I love it when I have time to do the full shebang with my kava session. When my friends texted me today asking what I'm up to, I told them "drinking kava and doing whatever makes my little heart happy." I don't get much down time, but when I do, it's just glorious and I appreciate and enjoy my kava even more.
Having the decompression time is important. A break from the to do list and chores and just do whatever on the computer while relaxing. Usually wearing my bathrobe over my clothes. My dogs and cats lounge about during a session like this too. They know!
Anyways, there is my latest ode to kava. It helps me slow down and stop and have some time to recoup which is essential for health.
