I like the micronized but it doesn't last as long as a bag of regular because I end up using more. And instant is great but like micronzed, it
just costs way too much. But I don't mind the taste and I sort of like working for it. The only thing I didn't like was when my skin started
to dry out in places. Fixed that with Amlactin and having kava at the most only once every other day.

The bkh vanuatu green instant is fire! Puts an instant smile on my face!

Been wanting to try this. How would you compare it to others instants you may have tried?

It has been the most effective for me! I think its the vanuatu or something? It gets my mouth super numb, i get super euphoric and talkative, but it only lasts a few hours.

The only other instants i tried were kava king's which were great for the price too! I needed less of the vanuatu green by bkh.
The only thing is the van green is a bit more expensive than id prefer to spend for daily consumption. If i ever have something like a festival or roadtrip this may be my go to, or ghk mico moi
