Depends on if its Heady or Heavy but Netflix, Video Games, Music, Arts and Crafts, and socializing with friends are my go-to's. I dont like to do anything that requires a lot of motion because it can bring on nausea.
To do activities with kava?

Play with kids, clean house, relax and Shake off the day. I like traditional batches as well as toss and wash medium grind. I just wish GHK didn't include huge chunks of kava wood in their medium grind lol. Don't get me wrong their kava is the best but not suitable for toss and wash!
