Yes, this is textbook "vaguebooking"--complaining about something without saying who is serving watered down kava. @nabanga i jas bin talem se kava blo Santo stap strong yet. So... wanem tingting blo yu?

I've heard a lot of anecdotal complaints in Vila, but friends living there say it's fine if you know where to go. It is the relatively new concept of renting out nakamal kiosks where fly-by-nighters can make a quick buck, but nakamal owner-operators can't get away with selling watery mix
