Yay!! Kava gets here today and I am getting some goodies like Santa Cruz.
Today is also my second and final Covid shot (or is it?), I already clearead tomorrow to be miserable, hopefully Sunday is back to business..

Well we got snow on monday, but the weather is finally getting warmer here today and hopefully spring will continue on track into the weekend.
I've been drinking my newfound fav combo of Fiji Vanua Vanuatu / KWK Vula Waka, so yeah it's been a good week.

Yeah it has. I'm hoping things don't escelate because selfishly all my packages come through the Twin Cities on their way up north to my mail box.

My arm is still slightly sore from my first shot on Monday, so I'm really not looking forward to the second, lol
It's not terrible but it's not fun, I am rolling into the not so fun part now, only relly suxks for a day (hopefully)..
Also good that I'm already nodding off, sleep is best. FVK Santa Cruz for the win!

Stretch your arms and shoulders 2-3 hours before and right after, it keeps from the shot pooling in one area of the Deltoid, hence it shouls hurt less overall.

I feel surprisingly better than I expected, I did make a point to stretch my arm out before and after and even now as it aches (not as bas as the 1st time), I still am making an effort to use it and not baby it (like the 1st, lol). Oh and I have been severely krunked since yesterday post shot. Minor body aches, to be expected but not like the 1st,.. as the saying goes, prepare for the worst hope for the best!
I took the Moderna vacinne and for someone who has underlying contidions and already had covid last year, it is not nearly as bad as being even mildly sick with covid. Don't listen to the nay sayers is my advice.

Try FVK Santa Cruz, medium/heavy, more heavy leaning, smooth taste.

I'll second the FVK recomendation, but i like their Vanuatu better. It's quite potent.
