After a long wait, I finally received my Koro Island batch 2 and Kadavu. Huzzah! It was worth the wait. I have only tried the Koro so far, and just once (well... twice if you count the leftovers I drank this morning!) I love this kava. Strong and different flavors reminiscent of orange blossom...

I emailed Neil late last month (November) about this and he said they expected to reopen in January and would be sending a notification email out to those already on the email list. Can't wait!

They are terrible at communication. I had trouble with an order once and it was darn near impossible to get anyone to respond even after dozens of attempts. I recommend a using different vendor. They have great kava, but are truly terrible at business.

Update: After calling again today I did get a callback. Apparently, they sent the frozen kava last week (but didn't let me know or give me a tracking number) and it's arriving tomorrow. That frozen kava should be pretty prime after a week in the mail system. I do appreciate that they made an...

Lame. Sorry to hear that, but not surprised. The fresh-frozen Hawaaiian was so tempting... I'll stick with the dried, tried and trues from here on out.

I am at my wits end with this company and will never order from them again. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have contacted them at least six times asking about the status of my order. It says "fulfilled"m but nothing has shipped and I have resorted to calling the shell-tenders at their bar...
