For Sleeping I like KWK Borongoru or Kavafied's Kava Supreme. They're both Vanuatu. I really like Kava Supreme as it is my favorite Vanuatu. I'll always have a bag on hand if I can. Keep us posted on results

I Luv Lawenas ! My fav is Kava Time's Tavueni Lawena. I think it is the best smelling Kava in the world. Cactus Kava Lawena is awesome too. Haven't tried Squanch's yet, but it's on the list

For me, Mahakea starts off stimulating and moves to Heavy Kava. Where Pana'Ewa starts a little heavier and stays balanced. While I luv Mahakea and would drink it gladly any time, Pana'Ewa is one of my favorite Kavas. You can't go wrong with any GHK Kavas.

Any of the Wakas from Kava Time are dynamite! My favorite is their Savusavu mixed 50/50 with their Teveuni Lowena. Luv this stuff. This my every day Kavas. Helps me deal with the daily attempt to dismantle our Democracy.

I find eating does diminish Kava effects. But...... my PM routine works around this. I start by doing the Bula down with 1-2 shells depending on type and strength or until I'm feeling good. Then I fill up a big shell and eat 1 or 2 pieces of fruit. Usually a tropical variety. This takes 5-10...
