I would just get the epik line from nakamal at home in medium grind. Micros have stayed mostly the same (if anything less vendors are doing true micro and more instant). Id say nakamal at homes epik kava line of single cultivars is the best kava rn by far

I sit for etleast an hour a day… zazen lineage. Have done intensive retreats. I find kava to be quite meditative but at times distracting (not in a bad way) just the euphoria makes it hard to sit and suffer ;)
