Switching strains periodically is good, I'm on Kelai and Palarasul right now. Used to use Pouni Ono heavily. Loa Waka, Nambuwan and Stone sometimes. Maybe I'll try Aluball again at some point but it's more bother than my current method.

I started taking 600 mg of Resveratrol by Simply Organics which has a lot more stuff in it besides Resveratrol. Also 20 gm of Collegen and using Baobab Oil mixed with a lotion on the affected places. Much better now, just shows up around my ankles.

A pretty ripping headache right now but I was curious for any future issues. I can't take Aleve or ibuprofen because of medication I'm on. Just now took a dose of Stone, hope it works. I'm very used to it, just never took it for pain.

I did a search on here and on the internet for kava and pain. No one said which kava. They just say kava helps with pain. That doesn't help much. I'm assuming a heavy one like maybe Stone but I wondered if anyone here has had experience with it for pain and which one you used.

Big difference with an empty stomach. However, once it hits and is close to it's peak, eating a meal often increases and prolongs it. Timing on that is pretty critical though.

I haven't found chemotypes to be much help. 2 or 3 of the ones I use have identical chemotypes but each act differently on me.

I have one but haven't used it for a while. I was rather disappointed with the results. It has a double ball but the effects were pretty mild. And I felt like it wasn't any less cleanup than my blender method so it's been put away.
