These are shite - Google kava Australia, there are heaps of quality online suppliers of powdered kava now.

2tsp of that stuff isn't going to do a whole lot, it's not the best stuff, though it is handy having it available in Coles! Try half the bag, with about a pint of water, or even the whole bag with a litre, you'll likely get more of an idea of it's effects I think...

Yeah I put micronised through the Aluball - you'll be surprised how much is left in there! Have you tried anti histamine for the skin thing?

Speed! I can get a quick shell in a couple of minutes using the bag in a bottle method, then take the time later to properly knead it.

This is what I do quite often (since my aluball died). Works fine for me, then I keep the bag/contents and traditional prep it for another wash later!

I have some of this instant - it's ok, very mild, and cheap for instant. It's not a patch on the OZ Kava instant if you get a chance to try that...
