This kava has very effective heavy effects. It is pain relieving and also helped with some anxiety I was feeling. I will say that it’s not as strong as the Ambaes kava from Kava Time.
I had never had micronised kava before trying this one and really enjoy the ease of use even compared to my Aluball shaker. It also has a more mild flavor, which makes drinking it more pleasant. In addition, the shipping was quite quick from BHK- I ordered on Tuesday night and received it on Sat.
I would definitely order the 11 year Waka again. It’s a very, solid heavy kava.
