A word on Instant.

I recently bought some instant Kava from the thekavashop.com.au.

I have to say, it's met all my expectations. It's expensive, but you don't need much of it. It's easier to prepare, and for me, easier to tolerate. I mix a bit with fruit juice and away we go. I find it hits hard and fast.

Just a recommendation in case anyone is considering it, because I was sceptical at first.
